Travel Diaries, Memphis TN 2007/2008|| Blog Everyday In September #day 18

When I was in the 6th grade, my mom and I took a trip down south via train (Amtrak) during my winter break from school. We left a few days before Christmas. It was a 10-hour ride on the train. I have some photos that I'd like to share. I am thinking about a travel diaries thing on my blog where I post travel photos. This makes it easier when I share my photography on my crypto blogs.

Luggage, Vacations, Travel, Summer, Sea, Sun, Recovery

It was Christmas morning and I was opening gifts. I don't use my DS anymore but I still have it. I can't even find the charger. I don't have that robe anymore but I do want to get another one. I also want to try to have money saved up on my blogs in case my folks want to shop when I get my hair done.
We explored the streets on TN pretty often while we were there. We stayed in West Memphis but went to TN pretty often. I am actually from TN but I don't talk about it. I didn't grow up there. Pretty much I was born in TN but raised in Chicago. That is something you don't hear. Then again someone can be born in Mexico and be raised in the US. So it's not out of the ordinary.

Took some photos before going out for my birthday. This was when I turned 12 years old. Back in 2007 going into 2008. My birthday is on New Year's Eve so I feel I have to say 200X going into 200Y.

Memphis is such a cool city. If all goes well and I can make my getaway, the bus is going to stop in Memphis and my mom's friend will pick us up so maybe I get some photos from 2019. These photos are like 10 years old.

Crossing the bridge going back to AR. At least I think so. Not sure if we were crossing into TN. I don't remember but it is one of the other.

Night photos are amazing. I sure miss when times were easier.

Crossing the Memphis arch. It lights up at night when it beyond cool.

This was like a kid's photoshoot. I was taller than the boy and now he's taller than me.

I don't like this photo that much. I don't know why tho. I just have one of those moments.

These are all the photos I was able to find. Some did get lost when my laptop died last year. Hopefully, when I get back from down south I can start saving up for a good laptop.

I wanted to build a gaming PC but I rather have a laptop. If I suddenly have to run a laptop is easier to pack. If I want to change my room a laptop is easier to move. I am still going to save up for a tablet.

Jobs For Adults With Autism

Just got fired from your 12, 20th etc job? Or are you just out of your luck and can't find any jobs that fit your needs. I will be explaining some jobs I feel are right for adults with autism that you can probably do remotely. This is my opinion but everyone is different and will have different skills. I did research for this blog post. I always to research before covering certain topics.

Sometimes 'real world' jobs are not for us. They are built the around neurotypical force. Remember that NTs don't have the issues that we have. We are sometimes forced to accommodate the Nts and that is not right. This article talks about the jobs that I feel is right for us. It will probably be won't be a walk in the park to get. It's better than being fired from several jobs due to your differences.
Freelance Work
I am actually trying to land some freelance work myself. I feel freelance work is great for some of us because you can do it your way and the clients will come if …

How To Give Criticism To Autistic People

I am a content creator. You're going to get feedback from people on how they feel you can do a certain thing better. I am tired of arguing. I am tired of taking their feedback the wrong and they think I can't take criticism. It's common for people on the autism spectrum do not handle certain types of criticism. It could be a low self-esteem thing as well. With us, we need a different approach to getting feedback. Another thing I have noticed is if I am not understanding what the person wants me to do because there are no visuals I can refer to, they will think I don't want their feedback if I try to explain why it will not work for me. This person told me they didn't like it when I read what the game is saying when I play games like Undertale, I will attach a link to one of my lets plays so you know what I am talking about. where you can make your own voice for the character. I explain I read what the screen is saying because if I don't, the viewers will get bo…

Jobs That Are NOT For Adults With Autism

I made a blog article on jobs that would work for adults with autism. However, I think we should cover the jobs that you should avoid if you are on the autism spectrum. This is just my 2 cents. Everyone is different.

It's rough for people with autism to find steady employment. It's important that you avoid these jobs. Most people with autism have poor short term memory. I am one of these people. I have issues with high demand jobs that call for you to remember a lot of things.  I don't know about you, I cannot handle several tasks at the same time. I am a one at a time person. Do this then move on to the next task when I am done.

People on the autism spectrum should avoid retail/fast-food jobs. In fast-food, chances are you will be given several tasks at once. That would be too demanding on me because I need time to process, adjust, etc.  Same with retail like grocery stores. You may be given several tasks to do at one time. You w…
